The standard delivery time is usually 2-3 days.
DELIVERY METHODS
Home Delivery
You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or another address. Your order will be shipped with Bpost.
If you are not at home when the driver comes, your package will be left at a pickup point near you. The driver will leave a notice in your mailbox with the pickup point address and the time from which you can collect your package. Don't forget to bring your ID when picking up your package. You have 15 days to collect it, after which your package will be returned to the sender.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs range from €10 to €30 depending on the carrier and the country.
For delivery by another carrier or to a specific country, please contact us.
TRACK & TRACE
For home delivery, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
WHAT TO DO IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR LOST/STOLEN
Historynumis guarantees a good-quality product, even after the legal return period. If we have accidentally delivered a wrong or damaged item, please report it to us by indicating the reason/nature of the complaint on the return form so that we can handle it as best as possible. You can also contact our customer service.
